Method
  • Add 2 tablespoons chilli oil in a small kadai. On heat add 1 cup of water and mix.
  • On boil, add the broken noodles, mix well and let it soak on medium heat.
  • When most of the water has gone, add 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, give it a stir, add finely chopped coriander leaves and take off the stove. (Make sure to retain some of the water.)
  • Separately add oil in a fry pan, break 2 eggs, sprinkle chilli flakes, salt and scramble. Until the egg is ready.
  • Place the noodles in a serving plate and spread the eggs on top. Serve hot.
