Ingredients

Coconut oil – 2 tablespoon
Koyipachappu/Ponnankanni – 1 bunch
Cumin powder – 1/2 teaspoon


Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
Shallots – 100gms
Garlic – few crushed


Green chilies – 2/3 finely chopped
Salt – as per your taste

Method
  • Heat oil and saute garlic and shallots.
  • Add green chilies and stir.
  • Add Koyipachappu and mix well.
  • Add salt, cumin powder and turmeric powders.
  • Stir well and cook for about five minutes.
