Coarsely grind the dates, reserving a few for garnish. When milk has reduced to half, add the ground dates, mix well and remove from heat. Keep in fridge for 30 minutes. Serve chilled with slightly fried almonds in ghee and a date Tips For best results, mix 100 gms Milkmaid with the milk. Grind few cashews along with the dates.
