Serves 2 Ingredients Coconut oil – 2 tablespoonKoyipachappu/Ponnankanni – 1 bunchCumin powder – 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoonShallots – 100gms Garlic – few crushed Green chilies – 2/3 finely choppedSalt – as per your taste Method Heat oil and saute garlic and shallots. Add green chilies and stir. Add Koyipachappu and mix well. Add salt, cumin powder and turmeric powders. Stir well and cook for about five minutes.
